Parakrama Samudhraya

Parakrama Samudhraya is the largest reservoir in Sri Lanka. Built around 386 by King Parakramabahu for agriculture needs. The reservoir named as Samudhraya (meaning 'sea' in Sinhalese) because it looks just like a sea but in the middle of the island. This is a must visit natural place in Sri Lanka.
